On April 19th 2012, Unique Copiers made a huge leap in their push to recruit by appearing on ITV’s ‘Tonight’ show. Unemployment is at its highest level for 18 years, but some companies say that they are having trouble recruiting suitable staff. Jonathan Maitland heads to Telford, Shropshire to investigate.
